Pronto Management Consultants was founded in 2005 by Peter Khan and continues to be a small family business. Over the years, the company has expanded its client base and panel of lenders now having access to over 120+ financial institutions.
At Pronto, the focus has always been on the client in sourcing solutions and providing suitable advice that best positions clients in their financial endeavours.
Authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and registered with the NACFB, Pronto Management Consultants is responsible for advising and organising funding for many different types of commercial and residential lending – from BTLs and Bridging to Cashflow funding and Residential Mortgages. Looking to the future, Pronto is continuing to grow and expand its team to both grow its service levels and to further enrich the advice process. The team has diverse backgrounds in Banking and Accounting which allows them to provide further insight when giving advice for lending compared to larger traditional brokerages.

Peter Khan
Peter Khan (ACIB CeMap) began his career as a young banker in the City with NatWest where he was first introduced to the world of finance. During his 27 years, Peter worked in a myriad of departments, from currency trading on the interbank trading floors to managing City bank branches and teams of commercial managers. After nearly 3 decades in the bank, Peter moved into Business Turnaround and Corporate Recovery with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
After leaving Price Waterhouse Coopers, Peter left to establish his own business in brokerage, forming PMC in 2005. His driving motivation, “to be instrumental in achieving client objects which invariably changes their lives for the better. That’s what kept me going the past five decades as cliché as it sounds.”
Alex Kotelawala
With nearly 10 years of experience in finance, Alex started his career in Tax working with US-based SMEs and High Net Worth individuals in a mid-sized US accounting firm. In 2021 Alex returned to the UK, working in the City to organise funding solutions for SMEs, Developers and Investors.
Now as Director of Retail & Commercial Lending at PMC, Alex devotes his time to building creative and innovative solutions from M&As, and Ground-up Developments to Property Portfolio expansions and consolidations.
